殺生丸の鉄砕牙に、鞘で対抗する犬夜叉。相打ちで懐に飛び込んで腕をもぎ取り、殺生丸から鉄砕牙を奪い返す。鉄砕牙が使えぬと見るやあっさり退散する殺生丸。だが、奈落の策略だと知った犬夜叉は、かごめの死を恐れて、かごめが持っていた四魂のかけらを取り上げ、現代に帰してしまう。

English Summary:
Kagome tries to shoot Sesshomaru's human arm with a bow and arrow but gets hurt. Inuyasha tells Shippo and Miroku to take Kagome back to the Bone Eater's Well. Though Inuyasha can take back possession of Tetsusaiga, he falls unconscious. Sesshomaru discards his severed arm as the shard of the Shikon Jewel is returned to Naraku. Inuyasha forces Kagome back to her era, taking her jewel shards and blocking the Bone Eater's Well to ensure she will not return.
