刀々斎の伝言を冥加が伝えにきた。強い結界を張る妖怪『百鬼蝙蝠』を斬れば、鉄砕牙が強くなるという。海辺にある百鬼蝙蝠の巣を探す犬夜叉達は、途中で村人に迫害されている紫津を助ける。紫津の娘の紫織は半妖で、父は百鬼蝙蝠。村人を襲わないという約束のため、紫織は結界の守り役として祖父の大獄丸に預けられた。だが、約束を破った百鬼蝙蝠が村を襲う。娘を取り戻すため、大獄丸と対決する紫津。犬夜叉も加勢するが、母を盾に取られた紫織は戻ることを諦める。
