文化祭当日、かごめが戦国時代から持ち込んだ干物妖怪が復活。由加たちが作った料理を食い荒らす。コンビニ食材で急場を凌いだかごめは、合唱発表の最中にも妖怪を発見。対峙か歌かのジレンマに陥るが、犬夜叉が妖怪を粉砕してくれた。演劇発表にも参加したかごめだが、そこにも妖怪が乱入。犬夜叉が風の傷で妖怪を退治し、芝居は盛況のうちに幕を閉じる。最後の妖怪も退治した犬夜叉とかごめは、四魂のかけら探しのため、戦国時代へ戻る。一方奈落は、耳千里から最後のかけらの在処はあの世とこの世の境だと聞く。
English Summary:
It is revealed that the dried-up food that Kagome brought back from Feudal Japan is dehydrated food demons when boiled in water. Inuyasha must seek and destroy any monster lurking within the high school to cease potential chaos. On the other hand, Kagome is to complete her understudy assignments, minding her attention to the demons. During her choral performance, there is a cameo appearance of Jimmy Kudo and Rachel Moore from Case Closed. During her theatrical performance, Inuyasha interrupts the play, in which Kagome must ad-lib to evade the scene.
